Girl Scout Tagalongs are freaking delicious. Girl Scout cookies go on sale around the end of the year and, in most cases, sell out by early March.
If you are craving these delicious crackers covered with chocolate with peanut butter, I've got the recipe for you so you can have them anytime of year!
As a former Girl Scout Troop Leader, so I've had my fair share of Girl Scout Tagalongs (also known as Peanut Butter Patties). Girl Scout cookies go on sale around the January timeline all the way through March. After that, you have to wait until the next year to get your fix.
So I'm sharing with you a few ways on how you can make those delicious homemade peanut butter patties with a few ingredients!
Homemade Peanut Butter Patties with Ritz Crackers
This is all you'll need for what is bound to be a party hit!
Melt the chocolate almond bark in a double boiler or in a glass bowl so that it melts slowly. Microwaving is NOT the way to go here folks (it will cause uneven melting and burnt chocolate).
Next, find yourself a little helper for spreading a tablespoon of peanut butter onto a cracker.
Top it off with another cracker.
Using a fork, dip the sandwich cookie into the chocolate and tap the excess off. Place it on wax paper.
After letting it harden for about 15 minutes, take a bite, or two, or three....they are so delectable.

These are really good dipped in butterscotch too! People don't even realize it's a cracker either.

Ritz cracker cookies sound good, but being the lazy person that I am, I used Nutter Butter mini bites and dipped them in melted chocolate. Smaller, but still tasty!
