As a mom of four kids, sometimes I need to be able to be able to have a moment in the morning before the kids get up so I can just get my day started on the right foot before I get frazzled from the crazy week day morning routine.
Morning "mom time" includes being able to drink at least two sips of my coffee in a quiet house while scrolling through my Instagram feed, as well as being able to jot down a few goals to accomplish during my day. In order to have this time, I have to be as efficient as possible when I get ready for work in the morning.
The longest part of my morning routine is getting myself work ready. This includes showering, makeup, hair, figuring out what to wear and, of course, accessories! Today, I'm sharing with you how I organize my bathroom in a way to make it quick to get ready with AVEENO® products from Walmart so that I can have that coveted "me time".
How to Organize Your Bathroom to Get Ready Faster in the Morning

With a fairly long commute due to construction traffic, I would have absolutely no time during the workweek to run errands if I was missing any of these products.

Making sure I have secondary supplies of all my daily use products ensures that when my supply runs low, I have extra to spare.

I love how AVEENO® leaves me feeling great in the morning - with beautiful hydrated skin and hair! I love how AVEENO® is the #1 recommended OTC shave gel brand by Dermatologists in the USA. AVEENO Pure Renewal® Shampoo and Conditioner have sulfate-free formulas that help my hair feel shiny and healthier looking with the ability to remove impurities! It's clinically proven mild formulas are also great for my husband's sensitive skin and scalp.
And let's talk about shaving - who loves shaving right? AVEENO® POSITIVELY SMOOTH® Shave Gel helps you shave less often - big win for this mom here! It allows your skin to stay softer and smoother longer while preventing shaving irritation.
Stocking up on these essential morning routine products will help your morning and evening routines!
*Follow the instructions for use on the packaging exactly.
Get acrylic organizers with drawers. This will make you have all of your makeup in arm's reach while also being able to see inside of them.

I love having a separate container for my makeup brushes, especially the ones that I use daily.

Manage the cords. I have put in cord holders to keep wires from taking over my sink as well as the scare from electrical shock!

They are super easy to install, and allows me to be able to have a fairly clean sink area to work from.

Optimizing the top drawer near your sink. Instead of putting clothes in it, put things you will use on a daily basis! I love putting my common personal hygiene products in an arm's reach.

Install shelving near your sink. If you have enough room, install a few plank boards as shelves to give you more room for makeup and supplies.
Use an expandable organizer underneath the sink. Adding additional space by using expandable storage will help you maximize the space you have.
Get a skinny bathroom cabinet. If your toilet is right next to a wall and there is a skinny space between it, purchase a slim cabinet that you can store personal hygiene products and additional toilet paper.
Store your jewelry in plain sight. Right after I put on my makeup and do my hair, the next thing is figuring out what to wear followed by adding jewelry. Being able to visually see all of your jewelry will make it easier for you to wear them more often.

Whether you are short on time in the morning or are trying to carve out some time for yourself as a mom, I hope these tips help you de-stress and revitalize yourself in the morning!

Excellent tips! I'm loving your makeup organization, cord holders and hanging jewelry. I definitely need to get some of this done in my bathroom too and be more productive about getting ready quickly. #client
