    Easy Chicken Artichoke Bake Casserole on a Weeknight

    This is an easy, chicken artichoke bake casserole that you can make on any weeknight!

    Without further ado, I'm sharing with you my delicious artichoke chicken casserole that you can serve up with a quick side of green beans and a box of cornbread.

    Ingredients for Delicious Chicken Artichoke Bake Casserole

    1 15-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 pinch garlic powder
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into strips
    olive oil spray, for greasing

    Directions to Bake Artichoke Chicken Casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Chop the artichoke hearts in a processor.

    This is the quickest way to do it! Why get a knife and a cutting board when you have modern conveniences, am I right?

    In a medium bowl, mix together all the other ingredients - the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder.

    Place chicken strips in a greased baking dish.

    Pour the artichoke mixture evenly over the chicken.

    Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, in the oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

    Serve it up!
