My favorite day of the week is Saturday mornings. There is no morning rush. There is just morning cuddle time. This past weekend, the following is an example conversation that transpires every single morning.
Aubrey: "Our whole family is on the bed." (Meaning, everyone is cuddling on the bed which includes myself, the husband, both girls, and baby Conrad.)
Ansley: "No we're not, George is not here. The whole family is not on the bed yet." [Without hesitation, George appears out of nowhere.]
Aubrey: "Now everyone is on the bed!"
Yep, George is an integral party of our family. To take care of the family member that gives us the most cuddles and purrs, we offer him IAMS™ so that he can have a well balanced nutrition.
As the furriest member of our family, George is pretty much spoiled and loved by the kids! He loves the IAMS™ treats, which also provides care for hairballs, digestion, and oral needs. Can you tell he's loved? The new reformulation allows cat lovers to customize their cat’s nutrition through a well balanced lifestyle with IAMS™ dry, wet and treats.
As I was going through my master list of DIY projects that we've done in the past, I've realized we have no pictures of him up! We had to right that wrong!
Today, I'm sharing with you a DIY Chalk Paint Frame makeover!
Here's what you'll need:
an old frame
latex paint
calcium carbonate
water
sponge
something to paint on
Mix 1 teaspoon of calcium carbonate with 1/2 teaspoon of water until it dissolves.
Pour that mixture in with 1/2 cup of latex paint. Next, use a foam brush to paint the frame.
It typically takes 2-3 coats.
Wait 30 minutes between each coat.
Take a great picture of your pet and place it into the frame.
