Meatballs Wrapped in Biscuits
Melt the butter, followed by mincing the garlic and parsley.
Mix it all up!
Divide the biscuit dough into halves.
Take half - then top it with mozzarella and a frozen meatball.
Take another half, press and seal.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum for a no-fuss clean up. Place your stuffed biscuit over it.
Take your garlic, parsley, butter mixture and spread it over the biscuits. (P.S. These silicon brushes are AH-MAZING. Invest in one if you don't already have one.)
It should look pretty like this. Next, put it in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
And there you have some ready to eat stuffed biscuits.
It's calling your name!
