Delicious and easy meatballs wrapped in biscuits everyone will love!
Meatballs wrapped in biscuits - it doesn't get any easier than this! As a working mom of three kids, dinner time can be quite hectic. On the weekends, it is even more so. For parents who are like me, I wanted to share two easy under 30 minute recipes that are semi-homemade that can be done right at home with no fuss!
All you need are six ingredients for this delicious garlic biscuit stuffed with meatballs and cheese.
Meatballs Wrapped in Biscuits
Melt the butter, followed by mincing the garlic and parsley.
Mix it all up!
Divide the biscuit dough into halves.
Take half - then top it with mozzarella and a frozen meatball.
Take another half, press and seal.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum for a no-fuss clean up. Place your stuffed biscuit over it.
Take your garlic, parsley, butter mixture and spread it over the biscuits. (P.S. These silicon brushes are AH-MAZING. Invest in one if you don't already have one.)
It should look pretty like this. Next, put it in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
And there you have some ready to eat stuffed biscuits.
It's calling your name!
