If you would have told me when I married my hubs that 9 years later, we'd be blessed with four gorgeous babies, I wouldn't have believed you. It's been a whirlwind of almost a decade, and our family has been truly blessed to have grown so fast in a short amount of time. One thing I've learned along the way with a lot of trial and error in this journey called motherhood is properly caring for babies’ skin. I'm partnering with Baby Dove to share more about their products that has provided a better way to care for my babies.

Mother Nature has decided to skip spring, going straight to summer, so there hasn't been time to acclimate our newest little to the changing of the season.

Our family is really active outdoors: fishing, gardening, bike riding, you name it, we probably do it. The only downside is that the time spent outdoors may bring a host of challenges to Lorelei's delicate skin. Starting with bath time, there are a few essential things I do to ensure that the kids’ skin is cared for with the craziness of our outdoor schedule.

It might sound crazy, but bath time is actually my favorite time of day. We've established a pretty standard bedtime routine, typically starting at 6:30. The kids are typically winding down from dinner, mess and all. After dinner when their bellies are full, the older ones take turns in their shared bathroom while I take the two littles to bathe with each other. During our bathtime routine, I make sure that I'm nourishing and moisturizing my children with quality products that will take care of their little bodies!

Over the years, I've discovered that Baby Dove cleansers and lotions have been simply amazing for my babies, especially the ones with sensitive skin. Their innovative Baby Dove Rich Moisture line is made with 100% skin-natural nutrients for my family. They are perfect for all skin types, tear free, dermatologist and pediatrician tested, containing nutrients that are identical to those found naturally in skin, and the full range works together to go beyond mildness to help replenish essential moisture.

In addition, I also carry the Baby Dove Rich Moisture Baby Wipes when I travel. Whether I'm using them to wipe off faces, hands or knees, I am appreciative that they are fragrance free and hypoallergenic and so extremely convenient to store!

As with most parents, we're particular about choosing any skin products for our family. Similar to how most women choose specific cleansers for different parts of their body, the same care should go to picking out products for our little babies. While there’s no right way to parent, there is a superior way to care for baby’s skin, and Baby Dove products are wonderful and ideal for addressing a baby’s skin care needs.
