    brain development app for kids

One thing that keeps me up at night as a mom of four is making sure I'm doing justice by my kids with the reinforcement of education they are getting from school. Thankfully, the older set of kids are a year apart in school and the younger set are also a year apart as well. What that means is that I can plan out reinforced home education with two sets of different curriculums versus four.

Specifically, with my younger two year old and three year old, my goal is to help them navigate their educational development in parallel with the physical, social and emotional changes that they are experiencing. I just found out about a brain building app for children 0-5 years old. In partnership with LUME Institute, Vroom provides tools and resources designed to inspire families to turn everyday moments into “brain building moments” by layering activities that are essential to healthy brain development onto existing routines. I would highly recommend this app to all parents.

Lorelei, my two year old, is just starting to master her own body and just beginning how to talk and engage with others. Vroom helps me by providing activities, questions or prompts to help her navigate these transitions which provide her a way to better understand her actions, behaviors, thoughts and feelings.

With Conrad, my three year old, he's getting better at using fine motor skills, developing his language skills rapidly and doing comparisons. I love having the Vroom brain building app, which provides activities to encourage cognitive language development with every day learning moments.

With Vroom's activities, I can count on brain science behind every activity and tip specific to my kiddo's age. What's also great about Vroom is there's not anything to buy. You can choose an activity from more than 16 categories to spark brain building interactions no matter where you are or what you’re doing. You can earn fun badges and unlock reward videos with repeated use as well as share your progress, photos and favorite Vroom Tips with family and friends. You can boost learning from birth to age 5!

Children are born ready to learn—and with the Vroom, the brain building app, you have what it takes to help them! By helping your child learn now, you get them ready for school, friends, and life. To download the Vroom app go to http://www.vroom.org/ and for more information about LUME
