To stay at home parents - I praise you guys. I don't know how you do it. In the past two weeks, we've gotten a lot of snow in Kansas City. Since I have about a 45 minute commute to work every day (my choice obviously), I decided to stay home.
What sucks is that I've had to work from home/watch the girls because day care was closed in the past two weeks as well. Oh my god, let me tell you, its been impossible to get anything done. I've had to shift my hours from 6:30 pm (when they go to bed) until 3 am just to catch up. Awesome.
I know - I should be cherishing these times with my babies. I am not super mom by any means. But, today, was a little tough for me. Okay, really tough. Tough enough where I pretty much am saying that I may just stop at two rug rats. That's all I can handle.
You see how cute this baby is here? Well, she's not so cute when she's freaking out:
See her older sister? Yeah, she fell asleep in this swing:
See the other big kid I have?
Sigh. I love my family - and I'm sure I'll miss these days. But right now, I sure am tired.
