I'm in my third week back from maternity leave! Although I miss my little guy and being able to have dinner on the table by 5:00, I will say I do enjoy having my quiet time on the drive home and adult conversation back in the office again.

Another thing I've been looking forward to is working out over lunch! I still have another 10 pounds to go after baby number three...10 stubborn pounds!! Gah!

Anyway, working out over lunch means 45 minutes of a real work out followed by 15 minutes to get fully dressed. I know some people hate working out over lunch, but I personally LOVE it! It provides me an opportunity to de-stress from the morning work craziness and allows me to have my head in the right place in the afternoon! I find that most people are intimidated by the idea of their co-workers seeing them as looking anything less than completely professional. Thus, I want to share three of my favorite products to use after my office work out to look as good as I did walking into the office in the AM!

Things to Pack for Lunch Workout Session

    Dry Shampoo

Where has dry shampoo been all my life? I found out about it less than two years ago, and its been my best friend. Dry shampoo comes in form and powder - and can make your hair look even more incredible after the workout. Seriously. All I do is spray my hair with this miracle shower-in-a-can, and then flip my hair over for a quick blow dry. Done.

    Face and Baby Wipes

Usually, I don't really do anything to my eyes after the workout. I'm a girl who wears heavy eye makeup, so that's the last thing I want to touch because it takes so long to re-apply. I have face wipes on hand to spot clean any areas where I have scary raccoon/monster eyes as well as facial readiness. Moreover, baby wipes are amazing at removing bodily grime (next to actually taking a shower). Its not just for cleaning baby butts, yo!

    Jergen's Wet Skin Moisturizer

This stuff is amazing and you can find it at your local Target! Basically, after you step out of the shower, you apply the Jergen's Wet Skin Moisturizer to your skin while WET, then you pat dry normally - no rinsing required! It locks in hydration and allows your skin to feel fresh for the whole day!

Not only that, it saves me a few minutes from my moisturizing routine! As an added plus, it makes you SMELL great - who wouldn't want to smell like coconuts after a work out?!

I feel like I have that pregnant momma glow after a work out when I apply this without the pregnancy part 🙂 The Target Cartwheel App is offering 5% off all three scents of the Jergen's Wet Skin Moisturizer.

I'd highly recommend picking it up on your next trip to Target!

I would definitely recommend a lunchtime fitness break into your routine! I know how busy working parents can get, but combining fitness and lunch is one of the best ways to incorporate a small work out into a busy life!

What scent of Jergen's Wet Skin Moisturizer will you incorporate into your lunch workout "freshen up" routine? Let me know below!

These are some great tips! I used to work out on my lunch break - the Jergen's Wet Skin Moisturizer would have been such a great time-saver back then! #client
